Follow up to my Friday time...

39:45 was the time.  My guess was accurate.  I did do some big hills I wasn't counting on so I might have beaten my estimate.  I did break 3 of my own rules today.

1)  I ran with someone - I typically don't... just a personal choice

2)  I ran on a bridle path - I don't like to at this time of year because of leaves covering roots and rocks, and

3)  I did hills - hate 'em even though they are necessary to make me bettter.  It's kind of like eating my peas and carrots.

I was running down a bridle path next to a friend and rolled my ankle!  Ouch.  I kept running and right now it just feels stiff and sore.  I'll survive.  :-)  but it could have been worse.
